Do my clients need an account?
Not to look. They can view the board straight away in any browser without signing up. To leave comments, they can sign in quickly or leave feedback with just their name if you enable guest mode. Anything they've typed is preserved seamlessly.
What file formats can I review?
Images (PNG, JPG, WebP), multi-page PDFs, presentation slide decks (PPTX), and video. Multi-page documents open page-by-page. For live websites, you can upload page screenshots or screen recordings to collect pixel-accurate visual feedback.
Can I control what clients and guests can do?
Yes. Every link has granular permission levels: View-only, Comment-only, or full Contributor (which allows file uploads). Links can be password-protected, set to expire, or revoked instantly. Access is verified server-side on every request.
